How to remove all_fasta and other data table entries on Galaxy

How can one remove entries (e.g. genomes) made in data tables (e.g. all_fasta) on a local galaxy instance? Is it possible to modify these entries as well? E.g. if I want to change the name of a genome from "Harm" to "helicoverpa armigera"?

I read somewhere that this is not possible, without doing it manually. So how is it done?
