Programs to calculate clade age
I currently trying to generate a species tree for a dataset I have. I wanted to ask if anyone knows good programs that calculate the clade age with a species tree.
It's my first as well generating such a tree as well. Any pointers are welcome as well.

I have just been working on phylogenetic trees but for a different purpose. The 'ape' package in R generally has some useful functions for working with phylogenetic trees and clades. For your specific purposes, though, you may want to take a look at VERTEBRATE EVOLUTION AT THE MACRO-SCALE.
Another one that I've just come across is treeman: Phylogenetic Tree Manipulation Class and Methods.
