How to compare time series data of gene expression studies?
Hello All I have a time series RNA seq data, the format look likes, patient samples collected from Day 1 to Day 20 ( sample size 20)and control sample ( 20). I would like compare all the samples into two groups as infected and control. is this statistically meaningful for getting DEG?
