What is the difference between VCF specifications 4.1 and 4.2?
I want to convert VCF rom 4.1 to 4.2 format.
What changes are needed to make this happen? Also, is there any tool which can do this conversion? Is there any tool to validate if 4.2 format file follows 4.2 specifications?
Any help will be really appreciated.
