Good day everyone. 1. please how do I download all the metabolic pathways of wolbachia of Onchocerca ochengi (wOo) and Bos indicus (Zebu cattle) from KEGG data base or KEGG API? 2. How do I convert the downloaded pathway to a graph format and label the nodes of the graph per corresponding metabolite?
