qPCR SYBR Green
Hello everyone !! I have basic knowledge of chemistry of Real-time PCR probes and SYBR Green I how they work but hence, i have two general question
1). Why real-time PCR can not be perform if amplicon length is more than 200 bp?.
(2) Why we can not use SYBR green for genotyping experiment?
Can anyone help me so that i can proceed according to that.
