RT-qPCR really high fold change
Hello everyone,
I am getting really high gene fold change values for one of the gene of interest i.e. ~70000 folds. I am using SYBR green as a polymerase. Is this normal ? If something is wrong, how can I improve my experiment and get better results? I did three biological replicates and two of them has this problem. I do not know which replicate to trust because all of them have huge variation.
Please Help!!
