"ChAMP" package quality controls
Hi, In "ChAMP" package, there are some quality control plots to assay the data. For example: mdsPlot,densityPlot, dendrogram but in its tutorial or "ChAMP" paper there is not any description about the algorithms implemented for these plots. Does anybody know these implemented algorithms?
