Quality control, illumina 450 k, analysis
Hi,
I am using minfi quality control but there are several type such as:
STAINING CONTROLS BISULFITE CONVERSION CONTROLS
EXTENSION CONTROLS SPECIFICITY CONTROLS
HYBRIDIZATION CONTROLS NEGATIVE CONTROLS
TARGET REMOVAL CONTROLS
i dont know how can interpert them.could anyone help me to explain these control's outputs?

Have you tried using google search? It would be really nice of you if you would do a little research and answer to your own question. of course , the first try for each researcher is the google, the file you mentioned is completely irrelevant to my question and is very simple.
