You have to dig a bit more into google, take a look at this pdf , pages 22-26 have different QC metrics and how to do and interpret them. You can also take a look at this QC of Affymetrix

Both the above links pretty much sums up what you need. Just read them carefully and try to understand, unless you read and try them with your data you will never be able to make sense of your data.
