PC Plot troubles

Hello! I am attempting to make a PC plot of my gene expression data. I have a read count matrix with my transcript IDs for the row names and the sample IDs as the column names. I have around 32 samples and over 22000 transcripts. I'm not sure the best way to go about this. I have been attempting it on R studio and through edgeR. I have been searching online and I have found a few different examples but I cant get any of them to work.

If anyone has any ideas I could try or could point me in the right direction, that would be awesome!
