How to run BG7 jar as a standalone application? Is there any cookbook and sample cases?
How to run BG7 jar as a standalone application? Is there any cookbook on it and sample cases? I want to use it in my software calling it from .sh script with GNU parallel. Not clear what parameters to write to produce annotations on the Velvet`s or similar assembler output.
