Duplication level (RNA)
Hello there, I'm trying to figure out how to evaluate this graph. ![enter image description here][1]
Since I am a newbie I would like to understand a bit more the meaning of the two lines and their trends. Basically, I supposed that about 50 percent of the sequences are not duplicated with another peak at more than 10. but why there are 2 lines?
