GeneMarkS error when it runs gmhmmp

I am getting following error while running GeneMarkS. Does anyone know how to fix this?

GeneMarkS/genemark_suite_linux_64/gmsuite/gmhmmp -p 0  -g 1   sequence
-m itr_0.mod  -o itr_0.lst  
Error on last system call, error code 256  
Abort program!!!

I think it is the license issue
