Loading a genome in BSgenome

Is it possible to load a genome assembled by me (sequence not submitted to any database yet) in the BSgenome package for further study? How?

I have the same problem, in this case, we need to forge a custom BSgenome (https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/vignettes/BSgenome/inst/doc/BSgenomeForge.pdf).
