Validating methylation data

Hi,

I have an analyzed methylated data which found some methylated genes and new pathways but i do not have the expression of this data. I am writing my paper and i do not know how can i validate the results.

Typically, validation supposes that you've reached some sort of conclusion that you'd like to confirm using independent data/methods. So what is is you're trying to validate ?
