I have downloaded human transcriptome(RefSeq Transcripts) from THIS link. I want to annotation file for same which I can use in STAR aligner. Can someone direct me from where I can download the annotation file?

You can also try other repositories such as Gencode to download gene gtf and genome fasta files. Hope this works.
Thank you very much. However, on the page, you suggested I could not find GTF for Human transcriptome.
GTF, GFF3, and FASTA files are right there on the GENCODE downloads pag: https://www.gencodegenes.org/releases/current.html

The sequence in fasta and annotation in gff3 format is right there on the same page. You can download these two file (for the same version) and get started.
I can not see it on the same page there.
