I am using annocript pipeline for annotating my assembly. The pipeline has a requirement of giving list of organisms against which to be blast is performed. I made a file that contained viridiplantae, but it did not work. I have to produce the list of all the plants in uniprot now. Can someone tell me how it can be easily done.
