GENEMANIA: Single gene query
Hi I'm working on Gene-Gene interaction through GENEMANIA tool. I want to search only one gene as query but whenever I entered it in search I got error. I just wanted to ask that can't we use single gene as query in it? and plz let me know some other tools which can be used to find out gene-gene interaction. Thank u.

It depends on what kind of gene-gene interaction you're looking for. You could try FUNL which is similar to GeneMANIA.

The GeneMANIA site seems to have a problem. Whatever I enter as human genes, I get an error "Please specify a set of valid gene names and try again.". The example works but truncating the example list also produces the error. I suggest contacting the maintainers.
