Hi,

I am trying to use repeatseq tool, but I am getting following error in using region file.

improper column two or terminate called after throwing an instance of 'char const*' Aborted

How to create region file format, especially column two?

If anyone else needs to create region file for repeatseq then here's the script: trf2bed - useful fo gangstr, lobstr and hipstr as well.
