Rearragement Scaffolds for Mutiple Sequence Alignment
Hi, I face a problem with post assembly.
I have 3 scaffolds and 1 reference. I want to rearrange my scaffolds against reference so I can do Multiple Sequence Alignment. Is there any software to do this?
