Hi,

I want to calculate the type II divergent sites in my multiple sequence alignment. I installed Diverge 2.0 on my computer. Although I am able to upload the alignment file, the software hangs when I try to construct a tree using the alignment. I experience the same problem with Diverge 3.0 as well.

Could I use any other online program or any other software for calculating divergence?
