Database for RNA-Seq, ctDNA, miRNA-Seq

Is there a good database to look at for RNA-Seq of primary tumors or plasma, ctDNA-Seq, and miRNA-Seq of primary tumor samples. Otherwise is there a database for strictly RNA-Seq of samples obtained from plasma? Looking specifically, for a database that has on the order of greater than 3,000 experiments.
