Hi,

I'm currently thinking on starting a new project on metastasis phylogenetic trees using genomic data (DNA-Seq, exome-seq, RNA-Seq,...). In other terms, using different samples of metastasis and the primary tumor from the same patient to be able to draw a timeline of the different metastasis. Does a metastasis appeared in early or late stage of the cancer ? Does a metastasis originates from the primary tumor or an other metastasis ?

So I'm wondering if someone can advice/help me on good reviews/papers/tools to have a good start in this field
