Hi Thank you very much. I read that post. So basically, you can try to use different surrogate variables to adjust your data and then decide which one make more sense. Right? But I have a question about one thing you mentioned, as quoted below, in that post.
"If you do a plot and do not see variability due to batches in data in PCA plot based on batches then no point doing it even if you know there were batches. This will over fit"
How can you tell whether you have batches just based on PCA plot?
