Help in regard of sequencing data
Hi, M Humaira Amin. I want to work on Medical Genetics as my BS Thesis. And for that purpose i need sequencing data. Can anyone please help me in this regard?

With all due respect, the way you ask this question indicates that you have little or rather no background in this field. I strongly encourage you to find an experienced supervisor who provides a well-specified thesis task, the necessary expertise and most importantly some data that are suitable to finish a thesis in time without over-or underdemanding you.

What kind of sequencing data? What are you planning to do with it?
I want to work on some tools related to medical genetics for which NGS data in needed.
Would you want human data or bacterial data be good too?
I want Human data...
If possibly, try to avoid working with human data because there are much more restrictions on use of human data than on model organism data, and most pipelines will work comparably more performant on smaller animal genomes.
Obviously, depending on OPs precise needs, public data such as NA12878 or NA19240, NA19239 and NA19238 could be very well suited, particularly in a medical context (at least more than non-human data).
Yes, depends on what the requirements are and it is futile to speculate, however, at that level, I would also worry about computational resources. If the supervisors do not provide enough guidance on data selection, do they provide sufficient computational infrastructure? The setup of the pipeline might be purely educational. What would be the benefit in doing, for example, SNP calling on say a drosophila dataset vs. a human data set? Of course there might always be an application case where it's absolutely mandatory to use human data.

For a Bsc thesis, the topic should be well defined, possibly specifying exactly which data sets are to be used.
