This seems to indicate that you desire to travel to such a location and then work on your thesis. This would almost certainly require you to have the financial means to support yourself since you are less likely to find this support for just the masters work (most institutions would want you to join as a full-time student before they consider providing financial support). Even if you have your own financial support, finding an opportunity would be a task that you will need to work towards by contacting investigators directly and working with them over time.
