Strange Amino Acid change notation.

Hello guys when doing some research mutations in the p53 gene i encountered a strange Amino Acid change. Amino Acid Change it says e3+5 what does that mean? Can someone tell me the amino acid that changed? is the the 3rd one or is it the 8th one?

We have no idea of what you're talking about because the context is completely lacking:

  • what program was used?
  • which file format is this one?
  • what analysis did you perform?
  • did you at least try to read the documentation of the tools that you used?
