Hy everyone

I want to find motif and domain from genes sequences which tool should I used? Please suggest me any good tool for it

Are they known motifs/domains? If they are, then refer to pages like https://molbiol-tools.ca/Motifs.htm. If they are not known, then you may have to write your scripts to search for motifs/domains.
