WGS human normal panel

We would like to calls CNVs from some human cancer cell lines (paired reads and WGS 5x coverage) utilizing GATK. We would like to obtain the normal panel (paired reads and WGS 5x coverage). Could you please point us to one ?

several vendors offer "comprehensive cancer panel" with different sets of panel genes. I would suggest COSMIC comprehensive list, if you are interested in cancer variants.
