Shortest path algorithm in pathway studio
Hi all,
I used pathway studio to construct a biological pathway of some selected DEG obtained from a RNA-Seq analysis. When I selected the shortest path, the tool gave me an error "Find short path algorithm requires exactly 2 entities in selection". But, I saw in papers used this algorithm with several genes. I highly appreciate if you could please help me out on this issue?

Pathway Studio is a paid Elsevier product, you should contact its support - it is more likely you will get help from them, as I suppose there will be few Pathway Studio users here.
