how to generate .pop file to run ADMIXTURE
Hello to everyone,
I want to run the ADMIXTURE program and I know I need .pop files for the parental populations (3). I have already read the admixture manual but it is quite difficult for me to understand. It didn't help me. I started this week and I am quite disoriented.
Could someone write the steps to get the .pop files from the .bed ones?
