Measure genetic distance between populations (Fst value)

I have problems with the input file for the POP application (measure genetic distance between both populations) in the PEAS program. My file in inp does not recognize me. Can you help me with this topic or recommend another easy application to calculate the Fst value for two populations? I am working with SNPs
