How to Calculate the genetic distance between SNPs with the positions known

Dear All,

I'm new in bioinformatics. I have the 60 SNPs with their positions(found from NCBI) in excel. Also I have one sample from 3 populations and their haplotypes.

Can I calculate the genetic distance between each two SNPs? What format of files include the information of genetic distance?

Have you tried subtraction?

Subtraction can just get a result of the physical distance. Rather than a genetic one.
