Where can I download whole genome sequencing data and variant calling result of Lung cancer genome?
Dear all, My purpose is to assess variant calling pipeline for cancer genome, in particular Lung cancer genome. Therefore, I want to find a data sample about WGS data and variant calling results. I have searched on many database but it need a permission to assess all data. Is there any free WGS cancer genome sources or would you like to share me this kind of data. Many thanks

Thank for your reply. But I want a dataset including raw-data, variant calling results and analysis pipeline of course. You know, I want to sure that my pipeline can re-make their result before improving it.
