Connectivity Map Broad
Hello, I have a very simple question:
The Broad Institute has released the connectivity map some years ago. Which I would very much like to include in my project. So I found this R package which loads the Connectivity Map in R.
But my question is: The paper that came with the cMAP, says that the ranking is based on the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistic and the connectivity score ranges from +1 to -1. But when I load the data from the beforementioned package, I get some scores that are 1000+ and no negatives.
Why is this happening?
