gene expression from CCLE, GDSC, CTRP: independent repeats or data merge?
Hi,
I am confused with gene expression data concerning cell lines available from those resources: CCLE, GDSC1000, CTRP.
Are the gene expression available to download at those data portals independent experiments or some integration?
All those data seems to be Affymetrix data. Is there RNAseq data concerning cancer cell lines?
