Extract Note and symbol from gff3 file of Araport11 in Arabiopsis thaliana
I'm looking for the gene description file of Arabidopsis thaliana. I found the gff3 file of Araport11, but not the gene description file. The gene ID, Note and symbol were described in the gene description file. Or it is ok even if I extract Note and symbol from gff3 file of Araport11 in Arabiopsis thaliana.
