Question about MMC(Modulated Modularity Clustering)

Dear all,

I am doing compartive transcriptomic analysis of tits. I hope to use your MMC method to do modules inference. Currently there're some problems confusing me. Could you all please give me some advice?

Q1: I uploaded my data into the website(http://mmc.gnets.ncsu.edu/) several days ago, but I haven't received any results yet. Does it still work, anyone knows?

Q2: I downloaded the python source code from the same website (http://mmc.gnets.ncsu.edu/) for MMC, and used it to the demo file. But I couldn't get the same results with the authors'. It appears to be filtering one gene and be wrong of gene ordering in my Clustered Correlation Matrix. I have no idea about it. And when I used it to my own data, some genes which appeared to have variances were also filtered and there's still wrong gene ordering. Could you please help me to explain why and give me some advice? enter image description here

Thanks in advance.

You can upload pictures by putting them on free image hosting sites (e.g. https://www.google.com/search?q=free+image+hosting ). If you click on the 4th icon that is what you would use to include a URL for your screenshot from the hosting site.

As for question #2, have you ensured that you are using same version of python?

Thx so much, genomax2. And I'm sure that I used the same version as the authors.
