A question of in gene sequence notation
Hello everyone I'm working on PNA complementary to SNP nucleotide site region.
I have synthesized sequences complement to the SNP site in 3 different frames:
(11nu)5' SNP 3'(5nu)
(8nu)5' SNP 3'(9nu)
(5nu)5' SNP 3'(11nu).
I'm having a problem notating this sequential variation formally, what would be the correct notation?
