Tophat and HISAT

Hello Everybody

Previously I tried to use Tophat and I got error message. When I posted the error code, they suggested to switch to Hisat because tophat is not updated or less maintain. However, I read about HISAT and it seems good and friendly, but I have question if you guys able to help me to answer it: should I delete tophat from my computer before I install HISAT?

If you are one of those who don't like to keep software that they are not planning to use in future (or are critically short of storage) on their computers then remove TopHat. Otherwise presence of TopHat should not have any effect on your ability to run HISAT.
