Download from TCGA

Hi Can any one suggest me, how to download DNA methylation and gene expression data for the same set of genes from TCGA?

There are a few access points but I find the Broad firehose (http://gdac.broadinstitute.org) the easiest for downloading. There's an API for command line access.
