How to get TCGA sample list containing samples covering user defined platforms
Hi,
I would like to download the cancer samples from TCGA which covers the 3 platforms say for example namely (methylation) Infinium HumanMethylation450, (CNV), Genome-Wide Human SNP Array 6.0 and (gene expression) Illumina HiSeq 2000 RNA Sequencing is there anyway to see set of TCGA sample id covering all the platforms I am interested in?

I figured it out myself!, after making desired selection in TCGA Home > Download Data > Data Matrix. I just need to check Only show samples with data available for all columns
