Looking for wig base coverage file for hg19

Hi ,

I am trying to use EXCAVATOR to call CNV on my sample. To do that it's write in the documentation that i need this file http://grimmond.imb.uq.edu.au/uniqueome/downloads/hg19_uniqueome.coverage.base-space.25.1.Wig.gz . It's looks like unavailable do you know an other address where i could get it ? Or is there a way to generate it from hg19 fasta and a software ?

Must be some local restriction in your case. It does lead to a page with files.

Ok i will try from home but when i click on the link i got : The requested URL /uniqueome/downloads/hg19_uniqueome.coverage.base-space.25.1.Wig.gz was not found on this server.

You are getting the right message. That file (though listed on the page @James linked to) does appear to be missing. In fact even though the page has many files listed only a couple at the very top seem to work.

Thanks , i hope this file will back ... I'm really confused i tried to use 2 CNV caller today , CoNIFER doesn't work i think because of some python 2.7 library not available (i think since python 3 ) and EXCAVATOR because of this file ....

Excavator2_v1.1.2 provides ucsc.hg19.bw file, I think you can use ucsc's bigWigToWig utility to convert. I am not sure whether it is a good choice.
