miRNA and mRNA

Hi,

I need to find data from public repositories, which contains both microRNA and mRNA full transcriptome. In another words, I need to find experiments in which both microRNA and mRNA were sequencing.

Which database or which tool should I use?

If you are interested in cancer, you can check the GDC portal: it contains both. https://portal.gdc.cancer.gov/search/s?facetTab=files
