Hi all,

I'm currently gathering cancer RNAseq data, looking for public dataset of patients treated with anti-pd1 immunotherapy. I was wondering in which public database I was more likely to find this type of sequencing data.

Great dataset.

Is there any way to download the expression matrix(counts) for PRJEB23709 directly, or we have to download the raw SRA data to process them by using LINUX ?
