Rsubread/subread installation on Windows

Hello everyone !!

I would like to install the subread package on Windows.
In the SubreadUserGuide (http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/subread-package/SubreadUsersGuide.pdf), on the 6th page, we can see that it is available on Windows computer but we need to firstly install cygwin. That's what I do but I can't install the Subread package on cygwin. Does anyone try to install this package on windows and succeeded ?? I need help for the installation.

What have you tried and what's the error message you get? Did the Cygwin install correctly? On a side note: move to Linux (even inside a virtual machine on windows), it will save you a lot of future pains given that you are doing bioinformatics.
