Problem regarding Software installation.

How can I install the software 'Pseudopipe'? I can download the source code from 'pseudogene.org', but I couldn't find any installation file.

You don't have to do anything. The bash script is in the bin folder. You can chmod +x pseudopipe.sh to make it an executable if you want. There is a readme file in the doc folder.
