A graph is defined by the structural information contained in its adjacency matrix, a network may have an arbitrary large amount of ancillary information on top of it. Networks are not inquirable such as KEGG pathway. It includes all metabolic pathways that are network but I can not see what this increase will cause while the value of a metabolite increases so I need a inquirable network to do this, which is possible with the graph. I am trying to convert Human metabolic network to social graph with inquirable so ı can define which metabolites enhance can lead to some disorder
