I have been trying to visualize metabolic pathways for bacteria genome for a while. However, I could not find any tutorials, documents, scripts. Moreover, there is no such topic in the forum.

I have a bacteria genome that I made de novo assembly. Now, I am doing annotation parts of the genome. I have seen the metabolic pathway representation in some article. You can find the attachment is below.

Is there anybody who has any idea how I can make it ?
